Couch to 5k
This program focuses on walk/run interval training. As we progress
through the program, walking breaks get shorter leading up to date
of 5k race in order to run distance in its entirety. Strength
conditioning and stretching are also part of the program. Workouts
are based on time, not distance. You can run/walk or walk the path if
