LIFEGUARD CLASS (American Red Cross)

PRERQUISITES: Must be 15 for ARC Lifeguard Class
Must have a social security number
Parent’s permission is required if under age 18
Must pass Skills Pretest
SKILLS PRETEST: (Must Pass)
1. 300 Yard Swim
2. Retrieve a 10 lb. object from a depth of 7 to 10 ft.
3. Swim with a 10 lb. object for 20 yards
REQUIREMENTS: 100% Attendance
Cost: $300 MUST PRE-REGISTER AND PRE-PAY
(Cost includes books, Lifeguard & Blood Borne
Pathogen Certificates, Professional CPR, AED, Oxygen, and First Aid.)
American Red Cross - CPR/AED and First Aid Classes
You will receive an American Red Cross CPR/AED and/or First Aid Certification that is good for 2 years.
CPR/AED Certification – Cost: $80.00
First Aid Certification – Cost: $60.00
Both: CPR/AED and First Aid Certification – Cost: $140.00
Classes will be scheduled when 6 participants are interested in certification.
