Classes are available for a DROP IN FEE!

WOW (Women’s ONLY Workout) – Experience this low-impact workout offering a variety of exercises to challenge your body. Strengthen all your muscle groups utilizing free weights, resistance bands, Nautilus equipment and more. Class also emphasizes balance training, improving agility, core conditioning and flexibility. Class size limited to 7 to ensure a personal training experience.
